We want you to be delighted with your new purchase. If you need to make a return, we're here to help. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at service@UCURIO.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method less shipping costs. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Currently, in-stock orders are shipped within 5 business days. If your order is not shipped immediately, it will go into production immediately. Please expect to receive your order in 2-3 weeks.

Temporary Service Suspensions
The Postal Service™ received notice that various international postal operators can no longer process or deliver mail or services originating from the U.S. due to coronavirus-related service disruptions. If we attempt to ship to any of the countries listed below, the shipment will be returned to us.
Please visit the USPS International Website to view the list of countries experiencing delays and/or mail suspensions.
If you place an order from a suspended country, your order will be cancelled and refunded in full.
If your order is currently in transit to a suspended country, your order will be automatically returned to us, and we will issue you a full refund once it arrives.
Once USPS lifts the suspension, we will resume shipping to these countries.
Please note that we don't ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays. Orders placed on weekends and after 4 PM PDT on weekdays will not ship or go into production, depending in its stock availability, until the next business day.
Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.
